Salmon Pesto Pasta

Low Sodium

Sushi-grade salmon is seared and served over spiral rotini pasta with peppers, onions, and a light basil pesto sauce. Fresh, herbaceous pesto complements the rich salmon, while the vegetables add brightness for a flavorful pasta dish that doesn't feel overly heavy.

Heating Note:
The sushi-grade salmon may remain slightly rare in the center after heating. For the best results, pause and stir the pasta during reheating. If you prefer your salmon more well-done, simply add additional heating time until it reaches your preferred doneness.

FAQ

How long do Herculean meals last?

Our meals stay good in the freezer for up to 12 months, so you can keep your favorites on hand and heat one whenever you need it.

Do I need a subscription?

Nope. Herculean never requires a subscription. Order the meals you want, when you want them.

Can I keep my meals in the refrigerator?

Yes. Herculean meals can be stored in the refrigerator, but should be eaten within 3 days. For longer storage, keep them frozen until you're ready to eat.

How do I know if a meal contains an allergen?

Check the front of the meal label for allergen information. You can also find ingredients and allergen details on the product page before ordering.

How do I heat my meal?

For the quickest option, peel back a corner of the film to vent and microwave on high for about 4 minutes, or until heated through. Heating times may vary by microwave.

Do I need to thaw my meal first?

No. Herculean meals can go straight from the freezer to the microwave, so there's no need to remember to thaw dinner ahead of time.
